Stelevein couldn't help, but laugh. Kiba was close to understanding what that meant. Stelevein doesn't fight Rietsu to Rietsu, he fight's physical abilities to physical abilities. Now he just had to show Kiba exactly how strong he was, but before that, he needed to explain a bit to Kiba.
"do you know why you do not sense my spirit energy?" He asked, and should Kiba answer he would gladly explain it to him.

Kiba sighed, glancing over at him in a rather emotionless way.
"Judging by your laugh, i am wrong, which leaves me to guess you converted it into some other form." Kiba explained before looking down, taking note of his strength. "And i am guessing you put it into your physical attributes, which wasn't a bad idea."

Stelevein rubbed his chin for a moment, it seems he figured it out. Ah well, Stelevein wouldn't be sticking around the seireitei much longer, so it didn't matter to him one way or the other. He was planning on leaving to join the Vizards. That's actually why he transfered his rietsu into his physical abilities.
"You are correct, I command you for that, you are a fast learner. I'm going to assume your rietsu is about four times as great as it is now, considering you are supressing it? If that's true, your rietsu is about as high as mine use to be, that is until I converted it. Which, by the way, takes a few hundred years to do."

Kiba nodded, glancing at him again as if thinking for a moment.
"Thank you, and you would be correct also. I do not plan to convert mine on physical attributes though, as i prefer to wield and control the rietsu i currently have." Kiba explained to Captain Stelevein as he glanced around once more, taking note of every location he could currently see.

Stelevein nodded, he had hopped no one else would do the same, as it would ruin the concept of what he did. Hell, he himself was originally the captain commander, but he gave it up. It was too much of a hasle, all the paper work, and such little freedom. Plus with all the captains meetings he had to call, some of which he didn't see as important. It was such a drag. He gave the position up a thousand years ago.
"Well good sir, I know you do not know whom you are talking too, besides as it stands right now it doesn't matter. But, a thousand years ago I gave up the captain commanders position. Namely cause it was such a drag with all the meetings and paper work, and organizing the gotei thirteen for battle. Need I say, never try to be captain commander, even if you do become strong enough to take the position. Oh and if you'd like, I'd be happy to give you a tore of the seireitei?"

Kiba found what he said interesting: The Captain-Commander? He wasn't sure if it was true or not, but for now he went along with it. A tour sounded relatively nice to him. It would prevent him from getting lost and allow him to take note of where everything was.
"Captain-Commander you say? That is interesting. Well, anyways, i will gladly accept your offer for a tour" He answered the Captain, flash stepping back onto the path as he turned around, facing Stelevein and waiting for him.

Stelevein used his shunpo to appear right beside kiba. It seemed as though kiba didn't believe him, but he wouldn't make up a lie like that. Hell, there wouldn't be much of a point in it.
"Well, you make it seem like you don't believe me, but I can assure you I speak truth. Shall we get moving?" Stelevein said to him as he began walking down the path leading directly to his barracks.

Kiba nodded, following after Stelevein as he lead the way. It seemed to Kiba that he was leading him to his barracks, as he had already figured out the location of each squad's barracks, though he had not been into any of them yet.
"As for not believing you, i don't believe you, but i don't not believe you either." Kiba answered as he walked, his Haori blowing in the wind with each step.

Stelevein reached his barracks, and invited Kiba inside to have a look around. Steleveins office was huge, was actually the biggest office out of all the captains including the captain commanders office. Stelevein walked around to his desk and gathered some paper work.
"Your oppinion is all your own, whether you believe me or not is of little case value. However, don't you think it'd be kinda idiotic to lie about something like that, especially when you can easily ask one of the other captains or even the captain commander himself? So there would be no point in lying now would there?"

Kiba nodded. He didn't not believe him, but he wasnt entirely positive either. What Captain Stelevein said was rather true, he could just ask, and he figured that he was probably telling the truth, though he would not just simply believe him. Kiba looked around the room, observing its size and shape, he raised an eyebrow.
"This is a rather large office, was it customly made for you, or did you make it yourself?" Kiba asked, figuring somebody made it this large for him.

Stelevein looked at Kiba for a second and pondered how to answer the question. It was made for him, but he drew up the design himself. So he guessed the answer would be both.
"I'm going to have to say both, I came up with the design and then others built it for me. I figured the old office was a bit too small for anyone, but especially me. I like to have space and it felt too cramped. You know what I mean?"

Kiba glanced at Captain Stelevein for a moment, then back around the room before answering his question.
"I suppose, my office suffices for me but i guess i see what you mean." He said, turning to face Stelevein again as he finished the answer.
"Designed the plans yourself you say? interesting." he said, seeming to try and start small talk as there was not much to speak about at the moment.

I suppose you could say interesting, although it doesn't seem it to me. Then again, nothing ever seems interesting to me, aside from a few things. But, they are usually importent things that are interesting to me." Stelevein said to kiba before asking a question.
"So, what's your take on Vizards?" He asked completely changing the subject.

Kiba thought for a moment. He didn't know much about Vizards, but he knew some things. He knew they were exiled Shinigami (Usually not for anything they purposely did) and had an odd ability to gain Hollow abilities. Kiba didn't pay much attention to them as they never had anything to do with anything he did.
"I suppose you could say im rather neutural. I know they are Exiled Shinigami with odd Hollow powers, though i know they mean no real harm most of the time. So i am unsure of them at this current point in time." Kiba explained, continuing to look around the office that belonged to Captain Stelevein.

"Vizards non sono esseri di antipatia, non avevano il controllo su quello che è successo a loro. Odio la società anima per quello che hanno fatto a loro, loro esilio quando hanno causato alcun danno." He said in an enrageds tone. It wasn't toward what Kiba had told him, but more towards the soul society in general.
Stelevein walked to his desk to grab a pin, then back to the entrance to his office. "vamos a continuar con la gira?" He asked Kiba, only this time he spoke in spanish instead of Italian.
