The New Captain of Squad 2, Kiba Nakamura, stepped out of the Squad 2 barracks. He had seen some of the Seireitei, but he had yet to see all of it. At this thought, Kiba began to walk away, looking around at the walls and buildings as he walked. Reaching a fork in the path, Kiba was unsure where to go, he looked to the left, the path leading deeper into the Seireitei and to the right, one leading to one of the gates. Kiba went down the left path, continuing to look around at buildings as he walked, his Captain's Coat blowing lightly in the wind as he walked.
"Hmm, i do indeed hope i do not get lost." he said to himself, looking down at the map he had received as he walked.

Stelevein walked out of his barrack doors. The wind hit his face and blew his Captains Haori. His Zanpakutou was sheathed on his waist to the left. His light brown hair rustled in the wind. Stelevein took in the scenery, the trees blowing, the flowers blooming, the little animals playing in fields. The air smelled slightly like apple cider, but he wasn't for sure.
Stelevein had heard about a new captain and was on his way to meet the captain in person. He began walking down the right path, and when he got to the end he turned the corner to see the newly appointed Captain.
"Ah, so your the new captain?" Stelevein said in a question like remark to the captain as he continued to approach.

Walking down the path, Kiba heard the Captain behind him. Stopping in his tracks, he turned around, facing the captain.
"Yes, i am Kiba Nakamura, New Captain of Squad 2." Kiba answered, his Haori blowing in the wind as he spoke.
Kiba now looked the Captain up and down, as if trying to get a first impression for a moment of how he possibly acts or, if ever needed for some odd reason, fight.
"You are Captain Stelevein, are you not?" Kiba asked the man in the Haori standing before him.

Stelevein looked at the new captain for a moment. Then the question about him being captain Stelevein escaped Kiba. Stelevein thought about the question for a moment, of course there was really only one answer, but he wanted to answer it in a kind of awkward sort of way.
"Last I checked I was. Maybe I should check again, but it seems you know me, yet I do not know you, so how is this?" Stelevein asked him

Kiba found this question particularly odd, as a new captain he had to do his research, obviously. Though this Captain did not seem to realize it.
"Did you think a new captain would not do research on his own?" questioned Kiba, raising a single brow.
"Especially one of Squad 2, focused on stealth. With this position i had to be prepared and know everything there is to know. Which is also why i am now having a look around the Seireitei." he added, his eyebrow now lowered.

Stelevein raised an eyebrow.
"Well, I suppose you have a point." He said smiling a bit. He never really thought about that, but he had a hunch it wasn't actual research.
"By research, I'm going to assume you mean spying right? I could be wrong, but I hardly ever am."

Kiba smirked.
"I suppose you could call it that, but to me it is merely doing research." Kiba said, answering his question. Kiba looked around the area, noting each building and its exact location and angle, he then looked back at the Captain in front of him once again.
"And i am guessing you are either taking a stroll, or came to meet the new captain." He assumed, taking another glance around the area.

"Hmm, I suppose you could look at it as doing research, but poking your nose in where it doesn't belong could get you into trouble. Wouldn't you agree?" Stelevein asked Kiba with a small smile on his face.
"Well, why can I not be doing both? As clearily I am, or was rather, before happening apon you."

Kiba nodded to his comment slowly.
"You act as if i was doing illigal activity, which is untrue." Kiba explained to the Captain, looking around the area as he waited for an answer.

Stelevein laughed a bit, he had never said it was illegal. He had never even implied it, he just said it could get him into trouble. He used shunpo to get closer to the new captain and placed a hand on kiba's shoulder while standing to the right of kiba. if "My dear Captain, when did I ever say it was illegal, but if you truly want to get technical, spying is illegal when spying on people you have not been ordered too. So, I'd watch what I do if I were you." Stelevein said to him, he clearly had nothing against the captain, and for just knowing him a few seconds he kinda liked him.

Out of instict, Kiba gripped his zanpakuto, but released it slowly as he spoke, then glanced towards him over his shoulder,
"You realize i really did do research right?" Kiba said, smirking as he rarely does. Then flash stepping on top of a nearby building, looking down at the Captain.
"I just found it interesting how you seemed to search for something wrong with me. Though that is to be guessed as i am a new Captain, and most Captains, i assume, try to get to know me one way or another. Some ways may include finding something wrong with them." He said, not even entirely believing he was purposely looking for anything wrong with me, but just wanted to see what possible reaction he would get from it.

Stelevein scratched his chin as he saw the reaction of the new Captain. He reached for his Zanpakutou, it was to be expected, especially after just making Captain, some people might even try to take the position from him. Stelevein used shunpo to again approach the captain, but this time stelevein did not touch the captain.
"I did not search for something wrong with you, I didn't search for anything about who you are, as I could really care less. It's clear to both you and I that your rietsu is a captains rank, yet it is not at my level just yet. Give it a feww hundred years it may be. I don't really care to know you, but know this; protect your squad even if it cost your life. Don't be too strict and befriend them, as it will help in the battles to come." Stelevein said to him

Kiba looked at the Captain with little concern, shrugging lightly.
"I also assume its common for captain to think they are on a much higher level than most new captains. Well i could tell you that i am suppressing nearly half of my spiritual energy, and i wouldnt be lying either, but it wouldnt make a difference to you it seems." Kiba replied with a small smirk creeping across his face. As he spoke, he faced Stelevein, his hand gripping his Zanpakuto, yet in a more casual way than a threatening way, as a light breeze blew his Haori.

(((One thing unoriginal about my character is he transfered all of his spirit energy into his physical abilities just like Ichigo)))
Stelevein laughed at his statement. He might not be lying, but it seems that stelevein couldn't quite wrap his finger around why Kiba would suppress his spirit energy. Especially when inside the seireitei. No matter, Stelevein had no spirit energy, therefore Kiba would have to either think stelevein had no spirit energy or that it's too great for Kiba to even detect.
"My boy, when you first met me, you detected no spirit energy from me, did you? Do you know why? I doubt it, but I'll let you figure that one out. Also, it's not common for a captain to look down on a new captain, which clearly I am not, I'm just letting you know some information which clearly you do not have.

Kiba couldnt help but smirk once again at this. He figured it was obvious why he would suppress it in the seireitei: Because there is no use to let it leak out. He also obviously knew that Stelevein is probably suppressing his own as well, but all of it instead of roughly half of it, as Kiba was.
"I do not doubt your power, but i know it is not far above my level, or even above my level at all. When i first met you, yes, i did not detect your spirit energy, yet i hardly consider that important." Kiba explained to the Captain.
